Use water absorbing material at the bottom op the coop such as unused food sack.
By using food sack as an underlaying material for Quail dropping, the water will be absorbed ant the droppings will be dried faster.
Second Alternative :
In case that you have used other material as a base, it is better to add additional natural absorbance such as husk, pulp or ash.
By using absorbance, the droppings will be dried faster and the smell will be reduced as a result.
Third Alternative :
Give your Quail herbal medicines.
You can by it on your local store if available, or you can make it your own.
You can also combine the above three alternatives to get the maximum result.
